Mike Silverman, a/k/a That1Guy, is a one-of-a-kind talent with an extensive track record of unique and imaginative performances built around his curious instrument and endless originality. He plays 150-200 shows a year across North America and Canada and has been a consistent favorite at festivals including Wakarusa, Electric Forest, Big Day Out, All Good Music Festival, Bella, High Sierra Music Festival, Summer Meltdown, Montreal Jazz Festival, and many more. He won the Tap Water Award for best musical act at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and his long collaboration and multiple tours with Buckethead as The Frankenstein Brothers further cement his standing as a creative visionary.
His latest tour, That1Guy & The Magic Pipe Present: An Evening of Musical Magical Wonder… The Likes of Which Ye Haven’t Yet Seen, centers on The Magic Pipe, a monstrosity of metal, strings, and electronics that he uses to create music live, with magic woven throughout the show. The result is an all-inclusive audio/visual performance unlike anything else.
Joining him is Dr. Bacon, a four-piece touring Appalachian rock, funk, grass, and soul band based in Asheville, NC. The band started in 2012 as a busking acoustic trio in Boone and has evolved through lineup changes and a move to Asheville, blending bluegrass, folk, funk, rock, soul, psychedelic, blues, punk, and world music. They tour regularly up and down the East Coast and beyond, have released three EPs and two full-length albums, and never play the same set twice.
Brock Butler, the “Positive Vibe Technician” of Perpetual Groove, co-founded the band with Adam Perry while they were students at SCAD in 1997. Perpetual Groove celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2026. Brock also tours as a solo artist, and his second solo album led to the Brock Butler Band, a collective of seasoned musicians crafting immersive soundscapes rooted in heartfelt songwriting, fearless improvisation, and deep groove.
